Halcali shirts on e-bay

Have you ever been to Hong Kong? I went over there for a few days, but now I'm back I should have the rest of the What's In interview, amongst other things, up pretty soon.

In the meantime, sora kara has found an auction on e-bay selling Halcali t-shirts! They come in small, medium and large, and carry the Halcali logo on the front. The seller has 39 for sale. I have no idea if they're official or not (I'm going to assume they aren't), but they're pretty nice all the same!

**********
Sora Kara sent in a couple of pictures of herself modelling the t-shirts, here and here. While I can't assess the quality of the actual fabric, I like the print a lot.

I know this is a little off topic, but there is a fan-made remix of "HaruKari Michi ~19 no Yoru~" in jpopsuki that is not bad at all.

(you can also download it here --> http://www.mediafire.com/?fvmvdtpydcj )

Hey there; i've posted a technical review of "Cyborg Oretachi" if you'd like to take a look at it.

Only fifteen dollars plus shipping? *clicks buy button*

My dad and I made iron-on Halcali shirts a few years ago. We both still wear them, so a nicer quality one would definitely be awesome.

if someone who buys on of those shirts could post a picture of them wearing it, that would be cool. it's kind of hard to tell what they'd really like like just from ebay.

Thanks for the link and good review! Your user name isn't a reference to the mid 80's BBC childrens educational programme is it?!

I also second the request for a bit more information about the shirt when you get it- as in what's the quality like etc.

It's based off my name, but also the BBC program, yes :)

I bought my t-shirt last week, which amazingly arrived yesterday!

The T-Shirt is really poor quality - it's so thin it's almost see-through!

Still, until some official merchandise is available, I guess it'll last a few washes! ;-)

I dont think the shirt is all that bad ( got mine this morning !! ) ,perhaps the shirt you purchased is too small for your size ? mine fits just right. I made sure I purchased one that is a lil bigger so that it would not stretch and its perfect !!!! I've been wearing it all day and I dont want to take it off haha jk. I too got mine in a matter of days.

Doubt any official stuff would show up anytime soon, at least anywhere outside japan that is =(

Personally, I think you get what you pay for imo. The shirt is obviously not the real thing for $15.

Thanks for the impressions! The quality is getting mixed reactions, which is a shame. Better than nothing I suppose. The only official Halcali shirts in existence are those that were given away with competitions and so on, so I doubt any of us are going to be getting a 'proper' one anytime soon.
