Countdown Japan setlist

Happy 2008! That's another year gone by alarmingly fast.

How did you spend the holidays? If you were anything like Halcali, you would have spent it playing at the enormous Countdown Japan festival (which I wrote about here).

Here, courtesy of 2ch, is their set:

サイボーグ俺達 (Cyborg Oretachi)
It's Party Time
ギリギリ・サーフライダー (Giri Giri Surfrider)
二福星 (Nifukusei/2 Lucky Stars)
若草DANCE (Wakakusa Dance)
春狩道~19の夜~ (Halcali Michi)

The poster added that Halcali were more energetic, the crowd more into the gig, than they had seen in a long time. That really looks like a great set, a perfect mix between new and old. I'm so glad they're still doing 2 Lucky Stars (from the limited edition Strawberry Chips single). I love that song!

You can check out some pictures here.

Just found the pictures! Those dresses with the writing on seem to have become a sort of uniform for their gigs- weren't they wearing something similar in Paris?

Was this recorded or put on tv? I hope someone puts it online somewhere.

Ni Fuku Hoshi is like my #2 or #3 favorite Halcali song. . . Strawberry Chips is my #1, so that's a pretty good single . . . when I was listening to it and NiFuku came up, my reaction was Holy Crap! That's awesome . . . same thing with Look's Sister Ship . . . all their B singles that don't go on the albums are surprisingly listenable

cobs or jariten, would you mind uploading Ni Fuku Hoshi. I've heard the remix but not the original. And yeah, they did wear the same dresses in Paris.
